OUR BUYING GUIDELINES:

What Sells: We sell children's sizes newborn to 14 and shoes up to size youth 4.5 girls and 5.5 boys plus maternity and nursing clothes in all sizes. We make our selections based on season, brand, customer demand, condition and current trends. Follow us on social media to see the brands/styles we carry or check out this list of Brands Our Customers Love.

Sorting Tips:
All items must be clean and freshly laundered. Wipe dirt/mud off of coats, shoes and boots. Check zippers and buttons. Keep sets together. Your items must fit in 1-2 medium-size tote bags/containers (max 23" x 13"). Do not include shoes boxes and hangers. If you bring more than 2 containers without prior approval, you risk being turned away.

What We Don't Take:
•Items with excessive wear, dirt, stains, odors, holes and/or pet hair.
Our customers typically pass on lower-quality/cheap brands. We do not take used clothes from brands like Amazon Basics, Carters, The Children’s Place, Circo, Crazy 8, Jumping Beans, Justice, Rare Editions/Bonnie Jean, Old Navy, Shein, and Wonder Nation. 
•Used undergarments, socks, cleats, dance/gymnastics/sports gear.
•Toys, books, bedding, furniture, diaper bags or babywearing gear.

Your Appointment: For your convenience, you may drop off any day of your appointment week, Sunday-Friday. We do not review your items on the spot unless you make prior arrangements with the store manager. 

Your Payout: We pay the same amount in cash or credit. New sellers receive 35% of the resale price.

Passes: You are welcome to pick up the clothes we can't sell, or we can donate them to one of our nonprofit partners to support local families.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • We do not accept walk ins.
  • You receive payment via PayPal, check or store credit. Clover is not responsible for unreceived PayPal payments due to incorrect account information provided by seller.
  • We do not provide an itemized resale list unless you request one at drop off.
  • We reserve the right to take high-end, unique items on consignment. We will notify you by email with the price and consignment terms.
  • Unless you make a request at drop off, we cannot return your items once they have been processed and added to our inventory. We are happy to discuss a specific item's payout or return items you do not want to sell, as long as we are given prior notice.
  • By providing your email when scheduling your appointment, you agree to receive direct mail communication from Clover regarding appointments.
  • Unclaimed passes are donated.
