Our Buying Guidelines:
What We Buy: We buy clothes by appointment only. We take maternity/nursing clothes in all sizes, children's clothes newborn-14 and kids' shoes up to youth size 4.5 girls and 5.5 boys. We make our selections based on brand, season, customer demand, condition and current trends. How To Make the Most Money:
• Although you can bring any clothes you want to sell, premium brands that are clean/freshly laundered make you the most money. Items with dirt, stains, odors, excessive pilling, holes and/or pet hair will be returned. Check zippers and buttons. Keep sets together. Wash dirt/mud off of shoes and boots.
• We pay more for current styles/season in excellent condition.
How Much To Bring: Please bring your items neatly folded in 1-2 medium-size tote bags/containers (max 23" x 13"). To make more space for your clothes, do not include shoe boxes and hangers. If you have more than 2 containers, please make another appointment for the same week.
What We Don't Take:
•Youth sizes 16 and up (sorry, we do not have a market for these sizes)
•Items with excessive wear, dirt, stains, odors, holes and/or pet hair
•Low-quality/cheap brands. Clover customers do not buy these and similar brands secondhand: Carters, The Children’s Place, Crazy 8, Gerber, Jumping Beans, Justice, Shein, and Wonder Nation.
•Used undergarments, socks, cleats, dance/gymnastics/sports gear
•Toys, books, bedding, furniture, diaper bags or babywearing gear
Your Appointment: For your convenience, you may drop off any day of your appointment week, Sunday-Friday. We do not accept drop offs on Saturday. We do not review your items on the spot unless you make prior arrangements with the store manager.
Your Payout: We pay the same amount in cash or credit. New sellers receive 35% of the resale price.
Passes: You are welcome to pick up the clothes we can't sell, or we can donate them to one of our nonprofit partners to support local, at-risk families.

Additional Terms & Conditions
- We do not accept walk ins.
- We do not accept drop-offs on Saturday.
- You receive payment via PayPal, check or store credit. For accounting purposes, we do not apply payment to store gift cards. Clover is not responsible for unreceived PayPal payments due to incorrect account information provided by seller.
- We do not provide an itemized resale list unless you request one at drop off. We reserve the right to deny an itemized list based on our intake schedule and current volume.
- We reserve the right to take high-end, unique items on consignment. We will notify you by email with the price and consignment terms.
- Unless you make a request at drop off, we cannot return your items once they have been processed and added to our inventory. We are happy to discuss a specific item's payout or return items you do not want to sell, as long as we are given prior notice.
- By providing your email when scheduling your appointment, you agree to receive direct mail communication from Clover regarding appointments.
- Unclaimed passes are donated.
