We want you to love everything you buy from us, so please review our current policies before making your purchase. Clover only sells high-quality, authentic merchandise in superior condition. Unless otherwise noted, our clothes, shoes and accessories are preowned. Due to the nature of secondhand, items may not be in perfect condition. We review every item by hand, note any flaws or spots and price accordingly.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Call us at 804-355-3517 to use a gift card or store credit.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax when shipping within Virginia.
Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $50. We charge a $5 flat rate fee on orders up to $50. We do not ship outside the continental United States. Unless otherwise noted, we process and ship within 48 hours using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the email you provide. It is your responsibility to contact USPS if you experience shipping delays or your package is not delivered because the address provided is incorrect. Clover cannot be held responsible for transit delays once packages leave our shop.
Online Returns
We issue STORE CREDIT ON FULL-PRICE ITEMS, as long as you email us at info@cloverkids.com within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, all purchases are final sale. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
